About Olivea Luxury Suites
For almost 30 years we have been spending a lot of time in the region of Istria. We are so enthusiastic about its diversity and pleasant climate that we would like to introduce you to this little corner of the world. For this reason we have created three luxury suites in a villa, not far from the sea in the most beautiful location. The accommodation should be for you starting point, retreat and feel-good oasis in one. Enjoy the many excursion possibilities, which are reachable in a short time. The location of the villa
The villa with three suites belongs to the village of Fazana and is located on the southwest coast of the Istrian region. The next bigger city is the touristic known city Pula with approx. 80'000 inhabitants, at the same time also the biggest city of Istria. You can reach it in only 10 minutes by car, the airport in about 15 minutes. Not far from the house (about 300m) are spread over a length of more than 10 km of beautiful beaches. The two closest beaches are "Hidrobaza" and "Valbandon" are within 10-15 min walking distance. Moreover, you can walk all along the beach to the nearest village Fazana, where many different local restaurants and cafes are waiting for you.

The Villa
The villa itself consists of a total of 4 residential units, 3 of which are rented. The 4th unit is occupied by the owners Mato and Slobi themselves. They are the good soul of the property and will make sure that you will not lack anything during your stay. Whether you need fresh towels, are looking for a tip for a good restaurant or someone who might bring you fresh rolls for breakfast, the two are happy to be there for you.
In addition to the suites, which have ample space and stylish, high-quality furnishings, the highlight is the extensive garden area, which is spread over more than 1,000 m2. In the center is the large and heated pool of 40 m2. Integrated in the pool is a Jacuzzi, which guarantees absolute relaxation. High quality designer loungers will ensure that you can fully enjoy your relaxation time. On the property there is also a covered outdoor kitchen for shared use. Enjoy the evening there and prepare yourself a good piece of meat or a fresh fish. If you need any help, the host Mato will surely help you with good tips where to find the best grill or the freshest fish. If you ask him nicely, and perhaps offer a glass of wine, he will certainly do the cooking on the grill for you right away. There is also a selection of local wines waiting in the cellar, which will go perfectly not only with your meal, but also with a day by the pool.

The Suites
All our three suites have been created and furnished with high quality materials in a Mediterranean, but at the same time modern style. All suites are equipped with box-spring beds and each suite has a modern kitchen. You will immediately feel at home.
The pool and outdoor area is very spacious with over 1'000 m2. The view of the old olive trees and the scents of the tangerine and lemon trees will immediately make you feel that you have arrived in Istria. The beautiful outdoor kitchen is there for shared use and is ideal for spending an evening with regional wine accompaniment from the in-house wine cellar.
